Fri Hari Mirch, also known as stuffed green chili peppers, is a popular Pakistani and South Indian dish. "Bharwan" means stuffed, and "hari mirch" refers to green chili peppers in Urdu and Hindi.


To prepare Fry Hari Mirch, you will need the following

 Ingredients:


Green chili peppers (preferably the large and mild test 

aamchoor powder

Coriander crushed

Cumin crushed

chat Masala

any oil

veniger

kalongi

Salt

Oil (for frying)

Lemon juice (optional)



Here's a step-by-step guide to making fry Hari Mirch:


Wash the green chili peppers and pat them dry. Slit each chili pepper lengthwise, keeping one end intact, and remove the seeds.


In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with turmeric powder, aamchoor powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, klowngi, oil, veniger and salt. Mix well to form a smooth filling.


Take a chili pepper and stuff it with the filling, ensuring that it is evenly distributed inside the chili. Repeat this process for all the chili peppers.


Heat oil in pan or kadhai for frying. Dip each stuffed chili pepper place it in the hot oil.


Fry the stuffed chili peppers on low heat until they turn golden brown and crisp. Make sure to fry them in small batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.


Once fried, remove the Bharwan Hari Mirch from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.


Serve the Bharwan Hari Mirch hot as an appetizer or as a side dish with roti ( Pakistani and Indian bread) or rice. You can also squeeze some fresh lemon juice over them for added tanginess, if desired.


Please note that handling chili peppers can cause irritation, so it's advisable to wear gloves while deseeding and stuffing them. Additionally, adjust the spice levels according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of chili powder used in the filling and batter.

  فرائی ہری مرچ بنانے کے لیے یہاں ایک مرحلہ وار گائیڈ ہے:


  ہری مرچ کو دھو کر خشک کر لیں۔ ہر ایک مرچ کو لمبائی میں کاٹ لیں، ایک سرے کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے، اور بیج نکال دیں۔


  ایک مکسنگ پیالے آمچور پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر، زیرہ پاؤڈر، چاٹ مصالحہ ، کلونجی، تیل، سرکہ اور نمک ملا کر مکس کریں۔ ہموار فلنگ بنانے کے لیے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔


  ایک مرچ لیں اور اسے فلنگ کے ساتھ بھریں، اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ یہ مرچ کے اندر یکساں طور پر تقسیم ہو۔ اس عمل کو تمام مرچوں کے لیے دہرائیں۔


  تلنے کے لیے پین یا کڑھائی میں تیل گرم کریں۔ ہر بھری ہوئی گرم تیل میں رکھیں۔


  بھری ہوئی مرچوں کو ہلکی آنچ پر تلیں جب تک کہ وہ سنہری بھوری اور کرکرا نہ ہوجائیں۔ پین میں زیادہ ہجوم سے بچنے کے لیے انہیں چھوٹے بیچوں میں فرائی کو یقینی بنائیں۔


  ایک بار فرائی ہونے کے بعد، بھروان ہری مرچ کو تیل سے نکالیں اور اضافی تیل کو دور کرنے کے لیے جاذب کاغذ سے لیس پلیٹ میں رکھیں۔


  بھروان ہری مرچ کو بھوک بڑھانے کے طور پر یا روٹی (پاکستانی اور ہندوستانی روٹی) یا چاول کے ساتھ سائیڈ ڈش کے طور پر پیش کریں۔ اگر آپ چاہیں تو ان پر کچھ تازہ لیموں کا رس بھی نچوڑ سکتے ہیں تاکہ اس میں مزید نرمی پیدا ہو۔
