- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- Water depending on the situation
Guidelines:
Absorb the (kidney beans/Lobia) in water for 2-3 hours or short-term.
In a strain cooker or a pot, cook the kidney beans/lobia with enough water and a spot of salt until delicate. Channel and keep to the side.
